⚠ Important — Fuel Door Access
Your fuel door must be open or unlocked before your delivery window.
Many newer vehicles must be unlocked before the fuel door will open. For your security, our drivers will not enter your vehicle under any circumstances — including to pull a fuel door release lever. If we can’t access the fuel door, the visit is cancelled and the delivery fee still applies.

Cancellation Policy
Cancel free up to 2 hours before your window starts. Cancellations inside that window are charged the full delivery fee. Members are charged a $25 fee if we arrive and can’t access the vehicle.
